Cops and donut shops. It’s such a cliché that it’s not even fun to joke about anymore.
Unless you’re this woman.
Dude, it’s one thing for some dummy at Arby’s to do this. But a Dunkin’ Donuts worker?
Dear Dunkin’ Donuts,
Before you hand a new employee her apron and visor, you need to tell her two things: “Never utter the word ‘diabetes,’ and do not ever, ever, ever alienate the cops. We rely on repeat business.”
Hope that helps,
The people of Earth
Another cop at another Dunkin’ Donuts in Rhode Island had to put up with rude service and #BlackLivesMatter scrawled on his coffee cup.
Yeah, there are bad cops all over the place. There are also good cops all over the place. I don’t blame these guys for failing to find the humor in this crap. They put their lives on the line every time they step out of the house in that uniform. A simple “Thank you” will suffice, fast-food workers. Or just shut up, do your job, and shut up some more.
At least Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t making race-baiting a corporate policy. Remember Starbucks? Remember #RaceTogether? Notice how they don’t want to talk about that anymore?
