Abby Lee Miller was indicted on bankruptcy fraud charges in Pittsburgh Wednesday.

The “Dance Moms” star is facing 20 counts of charges, and they are all related to concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations. She is looking at five years in prison and $5 million in fines if convicted.

“Criminal prosecution is appropriate when debtors corrupt the bankruptcy process through deceit and lies before the court,” U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton said in a statement.

Miller filed a petition on her dance studio five years ago, but then “schemed to defraud the bankruptcy court by concealing income she earned between 2012 and 2013 from her performances on the reality TV show ‘Dance Moms’ and related spinoff TV shows,” the indictment claims.

Miller reportedly hid $755,492.85. (RELATED: Dance Moms’ Star Thought Shia LeBeouf Smelled Like Crap)
