Speaking at a campaign stop in Iowa Thursday, Fiorina said, “The reality is that the complete withdrawal of our troops from Iraq destabilized that country and he now is recognizing that Afghanistan is becoming potentially a haven for ISIS and that the Taliban is not on the wane, as he tried to convince the American people of for years. It’s growing in strength.”
