Kate Hudson wore a skimpy black dress that was totally sheer for her cover of Allure magazine, and in her interview the 36-year-old revealed the crazy way she stays in shape.
“It’s brain chemistry,” Hudson said.
“People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that’s bullshit.”

“I do things that people would think look completely insane.”
Hudson said she wants to write an advice book because she believes “happiness is not something that just comes to you,” and that it’s more like “an active process.”
