Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting split after 21 months of marriage, and now her estranged husband is requesting spousal support even though the couple signed a prenuptial agreement.
Sweeting filed court documents Monday requesting financial assistance from Cuoco after their marriage ends.
The actress is worth $45 million and Sweeting, a former professional tennis player, is worth about $2 million.

“Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage,” Cuoco’s representative said in a statement.
