Fresh off of a 6-2 victory over the Calgary Flames, Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin decided to have a little fun during teammate Evgeny Kuznetsov’s post-game interview.
Ovie can be heard shouting off-camera, “I SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL!” and “I CAME FROM CHELYABINSK, RUSSIA!”

Caps blog “Russian Machine Never Breaks Down” was quick to point out that this isn’t the first time Ovechkin has mocked his fellow Ruski. He pulled a similar stunt after a game against the Maple Leafs last season.
