A man playing a game of dice on Tennessee State University’s quad got so enraged by the game, he shot and killed his opponent, according to police.

The Tennessean reported, a 19-year-old male was found dead at the scene Thursday night, and was confirmed by police to have died over a game of dice.

The gunman, who is still at large, reportedly sprayed bullets at his rival dice player after an argument, and killed him. Three student bystanders were also injured by the gunman, but are expected to make full recoveries.

“We do not believe this was an incidence of a random shooter on campus,” Metro police spokesman Don Aaron told the Tennessean. “This was an isolated incident resulting from a dispute over a dice game. The Nashville Police Department believes this campus is safe.”

According to Nashville 5, a cluster of students witnessed the shooting, and some even recorded the event on their phones. Tennessee police are urging students to submit these videos and pictures to the authorities, as there is not yet a clear description of the perp.

The unidentified man who died was not a student at the university, according to The Tennessean. Police did not release whether the gunman was a student, but classes will continue as normal on Monday. (Nutball Professor Totally Sorry For Gunning Down Colleagues In Cold Blood)

“TSU will resume it’s normal schedule of operation, including all activities,” the university told Nashville 5.
