A suspicious friend showed up to see Lamar Odom at the Los Angeles hospital where he is recovering from the life-threatening injuries he sustained while at a Nevada brothel.
The man claimed he was Odom’s assistant, and arrived on his floor at the Cedars-Sinai hospital around 11 p.m. Monday night.

“Our sources say the guy has a history with Lamar and Odom’s people believe he facilitated Lamar’s drug use,” TMZ reports. “The two men lived together in Vegas at some point.”
