Taylor Swift is suing the radio DJ who lifted up her skirt and grabbed her butt during a meet-and-greet in Denver two summers ago, E! News reports.
David Mueller was fired from his job after the incident, but he filed a lawsuit in September because he claims he was falsely accused by Swift’s security team and never touched her.

“Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault — it was Mueller — and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit,” court documents read.
