Rush Limbaugh blasted the Democratic Party Monday, insisting it “proves better than anybody ever has that politics is showbiz for the ugly.”
On “The Rush Limbaugh Show,” the talk show host wondered where the “youth” and the “hip” at the “top of the Democratic Party” was.
Limbaugh explained, “There really isn’t any hip. You ever watched a White House Correspondents dinner? They have to import hip, they have to import Hollywood people. The Democratic Party proves better than anybody ever has that politics is showbiz for the ugly. That politics is showbiz for the aging and the decrepit and the ugly.”
“There is no youthful leader in the Democrat Party,” claimed Limbaugh. “There is no JFK anymore, there is no JFK Junior. There is nobody. I’m not all together convinced that the majority of you actually oppose conservatism in any way, it’s just the fashionable to say so.”
