Actor Harrison Ford sounds extremely receptive to the idea of returning as the legendary character Indiana Jones.
Ford said the following in an interview with Entertainment Weekly:
“Oh, yeah. Yeah, I’d love to do another Indiana Jones. A character that has a history and a potential, kind of a rollicking good movie ride for the audience, Steven Spielberg as a director — what’s not to like?”
Ford also indicated he even prefers playing Indiana Jones to his Star Wars character Han Solo.
The Indiana Jones film series has earned more than $900 million at the box office, with the last film “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” being released in 2008.
Ford will reprise his role as Han Solo when “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is released on December 18. (RELATED: Watch The New Star Wars Trailer Here [VIDEO])
