Geraldo Rivera is thanking God after his 21-year-old daughter was found safe after the Paris terrorist attacks Friday.
“She was at the soccer game with her best friend,” Rivera, nearly in tears, said Friday on Fox News. “My daughter Simone heard the three explosions near halftime. As they started to leave, people in the stadium were becoming upset and all of them wanted to leave.”
“I just thank God she was at the stadium and not at the rock concert.”

Rivera called it a “terrifying, military-scale attack” that he believes was coordinated. (RELATED: French Authorities Secure Concert Hall: 12 Freed, 118 Dead)
“You can imagine what it was like as parents waiting for her to communicate with us.”
