Sheen and Locklear starred on several seasons of “Spin City” together for six years, and are longtime friends.

During an interview with Matt Lauer Tuesday, Sheen said he thought he had a brain tumor at first. (RELATED: Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Girlfriend ‘Shaking And Upset’ — ‘He Never Said Anything To Me’)

“It started with what I thought based on this series of cluster headaches and insane migraines and sweating the bed completely drenched, two, three nights in a row, that I was emergency hospitalized,” Sheen said.
