A porn star who doubles as a stripper is suing Josh Duggar because she says the 27-year-old reality star roughed her up during sex.
Ashley Stamm-Northup, who goes by Danica Dillon when she’s in movies, filed a lawsuit this week because she claims Duggar “physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries.”
The woman claims that Duggar approached her in a Philadelphia night club last March where he gave her $600 for lap dances. He later paid her $1,500 to have sex with him at a nearby hotel. (PHOTOS: This Porn Star Claims She Had Sex With Josh Duggar Twice)

Stamm-Northup said she tried to approach Duggar a second time “to apologize” when he assaulted her again.

“The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at a trial,” said her attorney Marc Frumer. “They are all relevant.” (RELATED: Josh Duggar May Have Had Secret Facebook Profile Where He Friended Strippers)
Stamm-Northup is seeking $500,000 in damages.
