Blake Shelton has nothing but nice things to say about Gwen Stefani.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight Monday, the country singer said he was thankful for his new girlfriend.

Stefani was about to perform her new song “Used To Love You” during a new episode of “The Voice.”
