Protesters in Chicago have gathered at City Hall to call for Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s resignation after police released video of the shooting death of 16-year-old Laquan McDonald.
“Who killed the kids? The police,” protesters chanted in front of the mayor’s office. “No justice, no peace. No racist police.”
Additionally, Pastor Cy Fields of New Landmark Missionary Baptist Church told the mayor the protesters would, “do whatever it takes to have this system changed from the top to the bottom, and that includes you as well.” (VIDEO: Emanuel Has Lost The ‘Trust And Confidence Of The People Of Chicago’)
