Detroit Red Wings player Brendan Smith and Phoenix Coyotes player Kyle Chipchura had one of the best fights you’ll see this NHL season.
Smith and Chipchura got into a scuffle at the end of the first period Thursday night that quickly exploded into haymakers being thrown. Smith was not pleased with Chipchura’s dirty hit from behind, and did the most gentlemanly thing possible: dropped his gloves and started fighting.
