Sebastian Roché said America has blood on its hands in light of the recent mass shootings.
After the shooting in San Bernadino that left 14 people dead, the “Vampire Diaries” actor tweeted out a link to a Huffington Post story that there have been more shootings than days in 2015.
“The shame of our nation, some of us have blood on our hands, you know who you are,” he wrote.

Roché, who was born in Paris, later echoed Michael Moore’s sentiments about the “powerful” New York Daily News cover that said “God isn’t fixing this.”

But after the Paris terrorist attacks, Roché wrote on Instagram that it was time to “stand up against the oppression of extremism and those who sympathize with them.”
“My heart goes out to the victims of this senseless tragedy.”
