Dalton Prout of the Washington Capitals lost his mind during a game against the Pittsburgh Penguins Monday night.

The refs only gave Prout a double minor for his actions, which seems absurdly low. It’s also a little surprising this didn’t blow up into a full-scale fight — which is how most of these situations in the NHL end. (RELATED: NHL Goalie OBLITERATED By Massive Hit)
