Former University of Memphis defensive back Reggis Ball is done playing football after assaulting an Auburn equipment manager and stealing a football from him.
It’s unclear what motivated Ball’s actions, but following a loss to Auburn in the Birmingham Bowl he went over to the Auburn equipment manager, attempted to steal a football and assaulted the equipment manager when he didn’t allow the theft to go smoothly.
