Another woman is accusing Chris Brown of assault.
Liziane Gutierrez was at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas over the weekend when she says Brown hit her and stole her phone after she tried to take a picture with him.
She filed a police report accusing him of battery.
Brown was largely silent after the claims were made, but seemed to reference them in a post on Instagram. (RELATED: Australia To Chris Brown: ACCESS DENIED)
“Keeping my circle small in 2016,” Brown wrote. “I’m done taking the care of grown ass men. And I’m going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the fuck up!”

In 2009, Brown plead guilty to felony assault against his girlfriend Rihanna.
