As the east coast struggles with Jonas, the massive winter storm dropping feet of snow from Virginia to New York, one resident of the nation’s capital is loving the weather.
Tian Tian, the 18 year old giant panda at the National Zoo, was filmed rolling around in more than a foot of the white stuff Saturday morning in an adorable video the zoo tweeted.
