Men of a certain age know there is no shortcut to get what you want. To get back what you lost long ago through time and neglect will take some effort. Getting started is the hardest part of the process. So get f#@k!ng started.

It’s time to go old school people. Meet Steve Holden, the Old School Coach. Steve fights people. He trains people to fight people. Most importantly he trains people to become strong and fit. Here is your fair warning: no complaining, whining, gimmicks, pre-packaged portions, no hipster beards, man-buns, designer workout gear or selfies allowed here. It’s time to lace up the Chuck Taylors and go to work.

So as Steve would say, “Get up, get out, unplug, get your chin up and look someone in the eye.”

Go Old School And Watch:

Mr. Steve Holden began his Karate Training in 1973 under the tutelage of Michael Campos. Since then he has won several awards and enjoyed a 13 year career as an undefeated heavy weight full contact kick boxer. Ranked a 5th degree black belt with Zen-Do Kai, he was awarded a 6th degree black belt in Kenpo Karate.
