MSNBC reporter Kerry Sanders thought it would be a swell idea to conduct an interview from the inside of an active gun range.

Tuesday, on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” Sanders was asked to speak about Donald Trump’s visit to the Reno Guns and Range, where he said there are people in Nevada who believe the Second Amendment is “under attack.”

The rest of the interview was pretty much for naught because of all the gunfire drowning out Sanders’ report.

At the end of his segment, Mitchell said, “Well Kerry, I’m afraid we could not hear most of that because the gun power, the firepower was a little bit too great. Sorry, we didn’t know you would be there today and we didn’t mean to interrupt that.”
