Ohio State forward Jae’Sean Tate suffered a season ending injury after emphatically slapping the floor on defense against Nebraska Saturday.

Tate will have to undergo surgery after re-injuring his should, according to the Columbus Dispatch. Ohio State’s bleak outlook for the postseason just got a lot worse without Tate, who was averaging around 11 points per game.
