Kim Kardashian was sued Tuesday by a man whose car she hit two years ago, Gossip Cop reports.

Rafael Linares claims the 35-year-old reality star “negligently” smashed into the back of his car while she was driving her Mercedes SUV through Los Angeles in 2014.
Linares alleges that he “sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability.” He also adds that he’s been “deprived of earnings,” according to Gossip Cop.
