Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel just can’t stop partying.
The former Heisman winner was spotted Thursday by TMZ Sports leaving a Los Angeles club called The Nice Guy, which is reportedly a hot spot for young celebrities.

At this point Manziel’s partying while under investigation has almost become an expectation instead of a rarity.
