Donald Trump reneged his claim that if elected president, he won’t take a salary.

Back in 2015, Trump said he is “totally self funding his campaign” and won’t take a cent of the president’s $400,000 annual compensation. (VIDEO: Trump To Forgo Presidential Salary If Elected)

However, on Monday, Trump told The New York Times’ Maggie Haberman he’ll be charging a “nominal $1” fee for his services, an infinitely larger sum than he referenced in the past.
