ABC’s “The View” co-host Michelle Collins shared on Monday that she is rooting for the affair allegations against [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore] to be true because she thinks the Texas senator lives by a “crazy moral code” and that she “would love to watch people like that fall.”

Collins said, “It happened with the Democrats too. There were all these cheating scandals, and I for one hope it is true not only because I want to see which five women would sleep with Ted Cruz — which is fascinating — but also because I would..” (RELATED: Trump Supporter Confronts Cruz Backer With Shocking Affair Allegations [VIDEO])

Co-host Candace Cameron interjected, “Michelle, that is a horrible thing to say.”

Collins then said, “But then more so than that, just to see and show what a hypocrite he would be, if it is true because it’s alleged. But you know, he’s such a guy about family values and you know, he lives by this kind of crazy moral code. So I would love to watch people like that fall.” (RELATED: Cruz Accuses Trump Of Planting ‘Sleaze’ In National Enquirer)

Bewildered by Collins’ claim, Cameron said, “Crazy moral code? Michelle, crazy moral code? He lives by Christian values from what he says he does and that’s a crazy moral code?”

“No, no, no, you have a point actually. Let’s just call it a moral code,” Collins said, backing away from her earlier claim. “But the point is that if he did cheat, it would be quite satisfying. That’s all I’m saying. I’m not calling– I’m not calling–I love a moral code, girl. Listen, I love a Bible, you know me. I really do. But I just like to see people like that.”

“Girlfriend, I love you but I am so disagreeing with you in this. I can’t find the humor in that,” Cameron said. “I can’t.”

“You can’t find like a satisfaction to watch someone who stands for something ruined,” Collins asked.

“No, I don’t find satisfaction in seeing anybody be ruined. I really don’t,” Cameron said.

Collins then said, “When someone like Ted Cruz is, I find it [satisfying].”

“I want to believe the best in people. I want to hope the best in people. We know that not all people are good and we don’t all make good decisions all the time but I always want to hope and root for people,” Cameron responded.

Talking down to Cameron, Collins then said, “You’re a very good person. Candace is a better person than me.”

“It’s not about being a good person though, Michelle,” Cameron said.

Collins then suggested, “Someone like Ted Cruz, I would like to see him fall, personally. He’s not a good guy.”
