Donald Trump caught himself a big fish from the delegate pool Saturday. John Ryder, the Republican National Committee’s general counsel from Tennessee, became a Trump delegate from his state.

Ryder, who chaired the GOP’s national reapportionment efforts after the 2010 census, has been mentioned in the past as a potential successor to RNC Chairman Reince Priebus.
The Daily Caller sent an inquiry to the [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore] campaign on the issue and is awaiting a response.
Trump’s camp complained Saturday that the Tennessee Republican Party is attempting to “steal” delegates from the New York developer in an effort to do “the bidding “ of the national GOP establishment. (RELATED: Trump Camp Accuses Tenn. GOP Of ‘Stealing’ Delegates)
According to The Tennessean, the Trump camp operation claims an agreement was in place with the Tennessee GOP in regards to 14 at large delegates. Trump’s campaign says it gave the state party seven names they say they are entitled to. However, the Tennessee GOP disputes this allegation saying that no agreement ever took place.
