McCoy and several of his friends were involved in a massive brawl at a Philadelphia bar that resulted with multiple off-duty police officers being hospitalized back in February. (VIDEO: Brutal Video Allegedly Shows NFL Star Severely Beating Police Officers)
Initially it appeared that McCoy would almost certainly be charged, and the mayor of Philadelphia said McCoy “needs to pay.” However, as indicated by Rapoport, the police feel there is a lack of evidence against McCoy to charge him. (RELATED: Philadelphia Mayor: LeSean McCoy ‘Needs To Pay’ [VIDEO])
