The Golden State Warriors set a new NBA record for wins in a season after defeating the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night to go 73-9 in the regular season.

The Warriors broke a record that has been held for 20 years, after the 1995-1996 Michael Jordan-led Chicago Bulls went 72-10 before winning a championship.
