Donald Trump says Hillary Clinton is a “phony” for pandering to black people when she claimed she carries hot sauce in her bag.
During an interview with the black radio program “The Breakfast Club” on Monday, host Charlamagne Tha God told Clinton that because she said that she carries hot sauce around people are “going to see this and say, ‘She’s pandering to black people.’” (RELATED: Hillary Clinton Tells Black Radio Host She Carries Hot Sauce In Her Purse)
Clinton responded by asking Charlamagne Tha God, “Okay, is it working?”
Tuesday on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends” host Steve Doocy asked Trump if Clinton’s remarks were “authentic” to which Trump argued, “No, it’s the same thing she always does.”
Scoffing at Clinton, Trump said, “She carries hot sauce, like I carry hot sauce. I don’t know, it’s just so phony, it’s so pandering, it’s so terrible.”
