Indiana is the last chance for the stop Trump movement, and the first poll out of the state shows Donald Trump leading Texas Sen. [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore] by six points.

Trump leads with 37 percent, followed by Cruz with 31 percent, and in third is Ohio Gov. John Kasich with 22 percent, according to a Public Opinion Strategies poll released Friday.

Indiana and its 57 delegates will be crucial for Trump to get to the 1,237 delegates required to win on the first-ballot at the Republican convention. (RELATED: If Trump Were To Win 1,237 Delegates This Is How He’d Do It)

On the Democratic side, Clinton is leading Sanders 48 percent to 45 percent, which is within the margin of error.

The poll was of 500 likely voters and with a 4 percent margin of error.

Both Clinton and Trump have bad favorables among the general electorate in Indiana. Trump is viewed 33 percent favorably, and 61 percent unfavorably. Clinton has a 33 percent favorability rating and a 63 percent unfavorability rating.

The Indiana primary is on May 3.
