Prince’s Home To Be Turned Into A Museum

Prince’s home in Minneapolis will be turned into a museum.

“We will turn Paisley Park into a museum in Prince’s memory,” said the legendary pop icons brother-in-law Maurice Phillips, Variety reported. “It would be for the fans.”

“He was all about the fans — this would remember his music, which is his legacy.”

The singer/song writer died last week at his Paisley Park home. An autopsy was performed but the cause of death has yet to be announced.

Since he died performers, celebrities, and fans from all over the world have shared memories of him, his music and grieved his loss.

A private memorial was held Saturday for family and friends.

“Prince’s family is also preparing a musical tribute to the late musician, where fans will be able to pay their respects,” they reported. The tribute will be held in Minneapolis.

“I’m supposed to be the one musical director to put his tribute together with all of the original people and we hope that happens,” said Shelia E., a longtime friend of Prince, said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
