TV personality and sportscaster Erin Andrews has settled her video stalker case out of court.

“Andrews has reached a settlement with the owner and operator of the Nashville hotel where a nude video of her that went viral was secretly recorded,” according to Reuters.

“The settlement was reached hours before lawyers were expected to return to court for an issue that could have left the hotel companies paying more.” In addition, details of the settlement remain confidential.

Andrews was initially awarded $55 million dollars in damages in March by a jury that found the Nashville Marriott hotel at Vanderbilt University liable after a video taken by a stalker in the hotel room next to her was posted on the internet.

Michael David Barrett, who plead guilty to stalking her and taking the video, served 30 months in prison for the crime.
