Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner Endorses Cruz

Texas Sen. [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore] picked up another Senate endorsement Wednesday. Colorado Republican Sen. [crscore]Cory Gardner[/crscore] announced he is supporting Cruz for president.

Gardner said Wednesday that Cruz “is the only candidate who will change the way Washington works and restore the balance of power back to the American people.”

Additionally, Gardner, a former supporter of Florida Sen. [crscore]Marco Rubio[/crscore], said it is time for other Republicans to begin to unite behind Cruz to stop Democrat Hillary Clinton in November.

The Texas senator’s other endorsements in the upper chamber are Utah Republican Sen. [crscore]Mike Lee[/crscore]  and South Carolina Republican Sen. [crscore]Lindsey Graham[/crscore].  Republican Pennsylvania Sen. [crscore]Pat Toomey[/crscore] told reporters recently he voted for Cruz during his state’s primary and Republican Idaho Sen. [crscore]Jim Risch[/crscore] told CNN he prefers Cruz over Trump.
