Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is clearly not the least bit concerned about his indictment because he partied shortly after it became official.
Manziel hopped on a plane to party at a Justin Bieber concert in Cleveland, according to TMZ Sports. The former Hiesman-winning quarterback spent time with some other big-time athletes, including Joe Haden. (SLIDESHOW: These Models Come From Great Stock)
