Co-host of ABC’s “The View” Whoopi Goldberg said that she is not moving to Canada if Donald Trump is elected president.

On Wednesday’s show, Goldberg said, “You know what, I’m not going anywhere, honey. This is my country. I’ve been here since the 1700s.”

Goldberg introduced the segment saying, “Donald Trump also said he’s motivated to win because Lena Dunham vowed to move to Canada if that happens and claims that I said so, too.”

In an interview on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends” on Monday, Trump said of Goldberg, “That would be a great, great thing for our country” if she moved to Canada. (VIDEO: Trump: It’s A ‘Great Thing For Our Country’ If Dunham, O’Donnell Move To Canada)

“Now let me be clear, Don,” Goldberg argued before reading from a notecard of past statements she had made.

Trump “says I was leaving. Let me just say, 1-20-2016: ‘Stop blaming everybody. The minute you start saying a person is a rapist and a murderer, it pisses me off. I don’t think that’s America. I don’t want that to be America. I don’t want it to be America, but if it’s going to be, then maybe it’s just time for me to move on.'”

“Then in 3-01-16, I clarified,” Goldberg said, “‘It’s my country. I have something to say about it and from time to time people piss me off, and I think maybe I shouldn’t be pissed off.’

The host added, “I assume, Donald, that you miss me and that’s why you continue to bring up and you know, I can’t help but see you, so hi, babe.”

Another one of Trump’s frequent targets, Rosie O’Donnell tweeted on Tuesday that she would not be moving to Canada too. O’Donnell tweeted, “LISTEN UP WASTED TRUMPERS – I AM NEVER LEAVING THE USA – AND HE WILL NEVER BE PRESIDENT – HE IS A MORON – WE ALL SEE.” (RELATED: Rosie O’Donnell Just Said One Thing Trump Fans Won’t Like)
