Jon Stewart spoke to members of the military during a USO event, telling them that Trump is going to keep them busy.

On Thursday, Stewart spoke at the Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. During an introduction for Vice President Joe Biden, Stewart talked about crazy people and linked it back to Donald Trump.

“He [Joe Biden] is a guy who’s unpredictable, he’ll say whatever he kind of thinks of, whatever comes to his mind, sort of impulsive.” he said. “Sometimes you might think to yourself, that sounds crazy or man, that is crazy. And who would have thought, now, that gets you the Republican nomination?”

The comment was meant with a mixture of cheers and boos from the crowd. Stewart then said, “Don’t worry Trump is going to keep you busy when he is the Commander-In-Chief.

“You are going to have to repaint all the planes, with Trump, in big gold letters,” he added. “You’re going to be busy.”

The comedian was on base as part of military appreciation month, but suggested it should be renamed military appreciation year “all year-long.”

“For too long only military families and military personnel have borne the brunt of service,” he added. “We need to get the whole country involved and to tell your story, to everyone who’s out there.”
