The German government has published an online sex manual for migrants, teaching them how not to commit sexual assaults, while also offering health and legal advice.

“The site, which cost the German Federal Center for Health Education $136,000 to create, is intended to help bridge the gap between the typically reserved Middle Eastern attitudes about sex and the more open German approach, where public nudity is not uncommon and frank conversations about sex are the norm,” UPI reported.

The website is divided into six sections: Body, Family Planning and Pregancy, Infections, Sexuality, Relationships and Feelings, and Rights and Laws. The manual uses cartoon drawings explicitly portraying various consensual sex positions to teach migrants what is healthy and legal.

It also has a page explaining homosexuality, telling migrants what it is and that it is acceptable in Western culture. Domestic violence and female genital mutilation is also described and condemned. The tone of the site is bluntly educational, as to clearly delineate what is considered healthy versus illegal.

This new website comes in the wake of the mass sexual assaults that happened on New Year’s Eve throughout Germany, which led to protests in Cologne. Authorities tried to cover up the extent of the assaults and purposely edited the word “rape” out of a police report.

“Public pools in Munich have had to post cartoon signs warning men not to grope women in swimsuits,” according to UPI. Under the leadership of Chancellor Angela Merkel of the Christian Democratic Union Party, Germany has taken in over one million refugees. Merkel snagged TIME magazine’s Person of the Year 2015 because the country takes in so many refugees.
