Emily Wilson of Bangor, Maine, picked out the wrong shirt to wear during the incident that led to her April domestic violence arrest.

According to WPXI News 11, the 38-year-old Wilson was wearing a “Stop Domestic Violence” t-shirt when she got into an argument with her husband.
Wilson reportedly brandished a .45 caliber handgun before eventually firing several rounds into the couple’s mattress, after which she was arrested and booked on domestic violence and weapons charges.
She is facing a five-year prison sentence as well as additional fines.
