I recently spent time with a number of influential women at the nation’s largest gathering of gun owners. This year’s National Rifle Association’s Annual Meetings boasted the second highest number of attendees in the history of the show. This is in part due to the presidential campaign and other ballot issues we face this year.
In the U.S., after several years with an anti-gun leader, women have stepped up. They want to protect themselves and their families, as well as enjoy shooting sports, and are purchasing more firearms than ever.
I stopped to ask several women about the importance of the #GunVote. These women are more than gun owners. They are entrepreneurs, editors, television hosts, immigrants, mentors, political activists, trainers, moms, wives and friends.
The issue of the Second Amendment is a priority to these women, and so is our freedom.
Please take a moment to watch as they explain articulately why we all must make the #GunVote a priority when we head to the polls.
