Johnny Manziel’s former agent Erik Burkhardt has revealed a surprising side to the quarterback most people don’t know about or see.
Burkhardt appeared Peter Schrader’s podcast where he talked about the troubled quarterback’s softer side. He said in part:
He FaceTimed me last week cause he wanted to see my two-year-old son. The hard part is he shows up when my kid’s a one-year-old; he shows up to my house and gets in the bounce house with 30 little kids in the backyard. That’s the Johnny I know and my family knows. He’s been incredibly good to us as a person first. I care a lot about him.
Burkhardt also described the former Heisman winner as “a very highly intelligent young guy.” His comments come in stark contrast with the former Brown’s quarterback’s recent actions and non-stop partying. (RELATED: Johnny Manziel Has Been Found After Reportedly Going Missing [VIDEO])
