There was nearly a riot when Kanye West canceled his surprise concert in New York Sunday night.
After Governor’s Ball canceled the third day of the music festival because of inclement weather, the 38-year-old rapper decided to throw a surprise concert in the East Village. However, when thousands of people showed up, he canceled because the crowd was too large.
An observer said that caused “near-riot” conditions and people were jumping on top of cars. (RELATED: Kanye West Just Silenced Ellen DeGeneres When He Went On A Seven-Minute Rant)
