Playboy Mansion Just Sold For More Than $100 Million Dollars

The Playboy Mansion has been sold for more than one hundred million dollars to the 32-year-old next door neighbor.

The neighbor — Daren Metropoulos, an heir to the former head of the Pabst Beer company — is thrilled with his purchase of the iconic Los Angeles mansion that has had beautiful women and celebrities grace the grounds since the early 1970s, according to the Daily Mail. “The heritage of the property transcends its celebrity and to have the opportunity to serve as its steward would be a true privilege,” he said.

The famous home was first listed for $200 million dollars when it hit the market. The one condition is that the 89-year-old magazine creator Hugh Hefner will continue to live in the mansion

Recently, former Playboy model and star of “Girls Next Door,” Holly Madison revealed in her book “Las Vegas Diaries” that life at the mansion was less than perfect and said there was a lot of fear when she lived there.

Metropoulos, who is worth close to 2.4 billion dollars, has said he will not make changes to the exterior but plans on making several to the interior of the Beverly Hills home, according to TMZ.
