Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel got hit with a massive lawsuit for trashing a Los Angeles mansion, and the details are unbelievable.

Nicholas Goodwin is suing the Heisman winner for $40,000 because of Manziel’s alleged drug fueled bender in his mansion, according to TMZ. (RELATED: Johnny Manziel Allegedly Trashes Multi-Million Dollar Mansion)

Goodwin had to bring in a “hazardous material clean up” crew because of the amount of narcotics allegedly left behind. Manziel had allegedly agreed to keep things low profile while renting the mansion, but apparently that didn’t last long as the parties got out of control. (SLIDESHOW: This Gorgeous Olympian Loves To Show Off Lots Of Skin)

However, the most hilarious part of the lawsuit is that Manziel, who is one of the most recognizable people on the planet, rented the mansion under the alias “Travis.” (PHOTOS: Check Out The Model Manziel Scooped Up During Unemployment)

Not surprisingly, Goodwin recognized the troubled quarterback for who he was immediately, according to the lawsuit. (RELATED: Source Close To Johnny Manziel: He’s Going To Die If He Keeps Partying)

It continues to appear that Manziel’s future almost certainly does not include playing football.
