BuzzFeed deputy ideas editor Kat Stoeffel and Politico media writer Joe Pompeo were hacked Thursday with a couple of cleavage pics.
Therefore their followers were treated to scantily clad women with swelling breasts posted on their respective Twitter feeds.
Pompeo became Emily Hernandez; Stoeffel turned into Virginia Bennett.
Asked if “Emily” likes media reporting, Pompeo remarked on Twitter, “Emily hernandez is dead! Long live Emily Hernandez!”
WaPo reporter Jenna Johnson, who covers GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump, recently suffered the same fate.
The pictures posted on her feed, however, were too X-rated to post.
The Mirror sought comment from Stoeffel and Pompeo.
UPDATE: Pompeo told The Mirror the experience wasn’t that bad. “You know, I think my profile was compromised for all of five minutes maybe? Changed the password and that was that. And now I have ‘Emily Hernandez’ to thank for reminding me that my bio was due for an update.”
