A civil lawsuit filed Monday in a New York federal court accuses Donald Trump of raping a 13 year-old girl in 1994 at Jeffrey Epstein’s Upper East Side residence on numerous occasions, the New York Real Estate trade magazine The Real Deal reported Monday.
The lawsuit against Trump and Epstein, a former hedge fund manager previously convicted in a child prostitution scandal, says the real estate developer went to at least 4 of Epstein’s sex orgy parties at 9 East 71st street.
The suit claims the woman, identified only as “Tiffany Doe,” at the time, like other young girls at Epstein’s mansion, was tricked into going to the parties with the promise of entering the modeling industry.
She says that Epstein hired her to bring young girls to his parties in exchange for a modeling career, when both met at New York’s Port Authority Bus Terminal.
On April 26, a woman named “Katie Johnson” filed a similar rape lawsuit against Trump and Epstein in a California court, but the case was dismissed in May because Johnson did not file the appropriate paperwork and the address she listed turned out to be an abandoned property.
In the present New York suit, the “Jane Doe” plaintiff is reportedly the same plaintiff as in the California suit. However, the New York suit claims Trump defamed her for comments he made about her to the media after the California suit was filed and that Trump knew the plaintiff was 13 years old at the time of the alleged assault.
Trump’s attorney Alan Garten told The Daily Mail back in April the allegations were completely false.
“The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, more likely, are politically motivated” Garten told DailyMail.com in a statement. “To be clear, there is absolutely no merit to these claims and, based on our investigation, no evidence that the person who has made these allegations actually exists.”
Epstein is also attached to former President Bill Clinton, who flew on the registered sex offender’s private jet, the notorious “Lolita Express,” at least 26 times, Fox News reported. Additionally, manifests of trips taken on the plane between 2001 and 2003 show longer trips around the world with passengers identified only by their first initials or first names, including “Tatiana.”
