Omar Mateen Swore Allegiance To ISIS, And The Obama Administration Is Censoring It

Here’s a thought experiment: Imagine Omar Mateen had been an outspoken member of the Tea Party. Or the Catholic Church. Or the Republican Party. Or some other group that isn’t considered acceptable outside of Flyover Country. Imagine that even as Mateen was murdering all those people in Orlando, he called the cops and the media to tell them exactly why he did it. Imagine Obama’s Justice Department had transcripts of his every word.

Do you think they’d want you to know what he said?

The FBI on Monday will release a partial transcript of Omar Mateen’s negotiations with police from inside the Orlando nightclub where he slaughtered 49 people — but the feds will redact “his pledges” to ISIS, US Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Sunday.

“I say partial, because we’re not going to be, for example, broadcasting his pledges of allegiance. We are trying not to re-victimize those who went through that horror,” Lynch said on ABC’s “This Week.”

“Re-victimize those who went through that horror.” By telling the truth.

Hiding behind the victims of a terror attack, in order to suppress the evidence of the motive for that terror attack, might surprise me if I hadn’t lived through the past 8 years. This is a typical Obama administration move. They don’t care about the victims. An Islamic terrorist murdered 49 people on American soil and boasted about doing it for ISIS, and that makes Obama look bad. That’s all they care about.

And they know their base will love it. Just blame the NRA and the Republicans and anybody else they hated even before this happened. That’s much easier and more satisfying than the truth, isn’t it?

If they just deny what’s happening, maybe it’ll go away:

This is going to happen again. And again. And again. More Americans are going to be murdered for Allah, and burying your head in the sand won’t stop it. Worrying about “Islamophobia” won’t stop it. Allowing yourself to be driven by your daddy issues won’t stop it. The only thing that will stop it is recognizing Islamic terrorists when you see them, and heading them off before they strike.

Obama can’t do that. He doesn’t even want to do that. He thinks you’re too ignorant and fearful to do that. Is he right?

If you care what happened to those people in Orlando, demand to know the truth. Hold the government accountable. Speak truth to power.

P.S. This is amazing. I thought these geniuses were cutting out whole parts of the transcript, but they’re just censoring the word “ISIS.” They haven’t heard of the Streisand Effect?
